First off…did you now you have approximately 40 billion fat cells in your body? That is crazy really, and yet oh so true. And this is only if you are normal weight, if you are obese it can go up to 100 billion fat cells.
You have always been told eat so you can keep up your energy, and yet fat is the number one energy source in your body.
You need fat to survive, life and fat go hand in hand.
The longest known fast was in 1971, when a 27-year-old man survived on water and supplements for 382 days and shrank from 456 to 180 pounds.
This is not to say it is for everyone, or that it was a healthy good choice to make. There are a lot better ways to lose weight in a healthy and long term process, as well more enjoyable.
Do not forget that if you do want to loose weight through fasting there is intermittent fasting mixed with healthy eating and exercise available , any time.
