The first step to start saving money is to figure out how much you spend. Keep track of all your expenses — that means every coffee, household item and cash tip.
Once you have your data, organize the numbers by categories, such as gas, groceries and mortgage, and total each amount. Use your credit card and bank statements to make sure you’re accurate — and don’t forget any.
Tip: Look for a free spending tracker to help you get started, see if you can track directly on your bank app. …
Most of us forgot how to.
There are only a handful of people that I’ve meet that truly love themselves. I can imagine this sound strange, but it is very true.
And society is at fault.
You see from a young age we are being manipulated in to different addictions, and these addictions have a way of changing our lives, usually for the worst. Alcohol, sugar, money, food, procrastination, and these are only the top five. On top of this there is religion, and politics mixed with religion and let us not forget cultural habits.
And when you mix all…
I think it was something like that. It has made me think of all the men in my life that have shaped the way I’ve grown in this area…by that I mean, the love interest, BFF type of thing. You see for me one’s partner in crime and life should be one and the same. I’ve even had friends/acquaintances tell me this is wrong, because they make your partner see too much of you, and some things are better kept separate. To that, I say pish posh.
Well, this is to all the men I’ve dated. They have helped me…
As in easy to quit.
I started smoking at 15–16 years old, thought it would make me look cool and sexy. It was all for the opposite sex, as the guy I liked was a smoker, and didn’t see a better way to get in to the ‘’cool kids group’’. Sad part is …it worked. And the jump from feeling like puking the entire content of my stomach, to far too many years, smoking a cigarette was the first thing and the last thing I did every single day. No exceptions. …
It’s the way you see yourself and think that the world and God(or whatever deity you believe in) see you. And it’s not just about how you look, it’s about all your real and imagined qualities and flaws.
What is interesting is that the self-image is uniquely fluid, it depends on previous experiences, interactions with others, and is subconscious. You don’t know what your self-image is if you don’t look closely. Things like I can’t do this, I’m not that kind of person, it’s descriptions of our self-image.
If you give yourself a little time and attention, your self-image may…
My life story is written all over it, and I love it for that.
I’ve taken my first breath in it.
Love. Anger…and agony.
It has gone with me through everything. And I’ve despised it, hated it at times for not being Victoria Secret perfect because that’s what I’ve been programmed to aim for. And it took me 36 years to realise my error.
My best friend, my body that has told me at every step what I needed, I only had to listen.
Even when I feed it crap.
Drank in it too…
I recently got my heart broken again. Ever a dreamer, I hopefully dreaming that this one will be my last time, that a man will break my heart. As a clear outline of what qualities this man had in my eyes , and what he ended up being.
You see this man is my brother in law…My second brother if you will. Not the love of my life, do a part of my heart, one way or another. Your heart can be broken by a platonic love just as well , if not more then a romantic love.
And here are a few reasons why.
Besides the fact that they are adorable, and I wish I could have one of my own that would give me attitude every day…just like my cat does. I love these animals, and my reasons are endless, do here are some of the highlights:
Llamas want us to be happy, I mean they’re used in therapy because of their calming effects and sensible nature. A very empathetic being. You know when your therapist told you to get a pet? He meant a llama. …
Do it doesn’t help when we live in a fast paced world, and it makes us want fast results. It makes us angry and frustrated when we don’t get the benefits we expect fast. And that is why you start self sabotaging yourself, thinking you are a failure, that you are not good enough, that others are better then you. And you start comparing yourself , and your results with other people’s success stories. …
Waking up early for most of my life has been unpleasant, to the point it made me unhappy for a few hours every morning. Choosing to work in the medical field has not been helpful.
I would get up as late as possible, skip breakfast, rush to work, and then feel like I was trying to catch up the rest of the day, like I was lagging behind.
This type of routine will take its toll on your physical and mental well-being and majorly impact your productivity.
Now I happily wake up around 5:30 am each day. Even on weekends…
